Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}βTub97EFMI06334 insertion has been replaced with a EGFP-FlAsH-StrepII-TEV-3xFlag multi-tag cassette. The insertion is in the first intron and is predicted to protein trap the gene, with the inserted tag cassette disrupting the tubulin core domain (this is expected to result in a non-functional tubulin protein).
