Description

3.3kb genomic fragment which encompasses the Nnk coding sequence plus 1kb sequence upstream and downstream of the start and stop codons. Synonymous changes have been made at each codon in a 270bp region; this renders this transgene resistant to RNAi mediated by P{KK109638}, while the coding region is unaltered.
