Description

The 'Bcd3' enhancer (a synthetic enhancer containing three binding sites for bcd) and the Drosophila synthetic core promoter (DSCP) are fused upstream of mNeonGreen that is tagged with three nuclear localization signals; one (Tag:NLS(sd)) at the N-terminal end and two (Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT), Tag:NLS(Unk)) at the C-terminal end of the fluorescent reporter. The coding sequence has been codon optimized for expression in D. melanogaster. 5'UTR sequence (IVS+syn21) containing a translational enhancer and 3'UTR sequence (p10) is also present.
