Description

CH322-103K22 BAC clone, in which the eve coding sequence has been replaced by sequence encoding the y transcript with 24 copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop at its 5' end. The BAC sequence contains all of the eve enhancers and regulatory elements, and this transgene is designed as a reporter for visualization of nascent transcription regulated by the eve cis-regulatory elements.
