Sequence has been inserted into the attP site present in TI{TI}Dhc1^KI, reconstituting the Dhc1 transcription unit and inserting an EGFP-T2A-GAL4 cassette at the C-terminal end of the Dhc1 coding sequence. This results in Dhc1 protein being tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP, while the presence of the T2A sequence results in the GAL4 driver being expressed as a separate protein under the control of the endogenous Dhc1 sequences. The Disc\RFP^3xP3.cUa marker present in the original TI{TI}Dhc1^KI insertion has been excised.
