Description

A 787bp fragment encoding the hb proximal enhancer and P2 promoter drives expression of lacZ followed by an αTubulin 3'UTR. Twelve repeats of a sequence that encodes a Tag:PP7 stem loop and a Tag:MS2 stem loop in tandem have been introduced into the 5'UTR.
