Description

The Ig1 domain of DIP-α has been replaced with the Ig1 domain of the human NECTIN1 gene. In addition, two point mutations have been introduced to stabilize the chimeric protein (L116E in the NECTIN1 Ig1 domain and Y172K in the DIP-α Ig2 domain).
