      The expression of chinmoUAS.Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT) under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO or Scer\GAL4Switch1.106 results in shorter lifespan and in enlarged lipid droplets in the adult fat body. either under ad libitum diet or under dietary restrictions.

      The RU486-induced expression of chinmoUAS.Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT) under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO leads to short lived adults that exhibit a progressive reduction in climbing ability and a progressive brain vacuolization, particularly in the lamina and central brain regions.
