      Expressing Hsap\SNCAUAS.cJb under the control of Hsap\SNCAE46K.UAS.cJa leads to an irregular eye surface, with irregular ommatidia and missing interommatidial bristles; the retina shows disorganized photoreceptor cells and vacuoles.

      Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Ddc.PL leads to a decrease in dopaminergic neurons from the PAM, PPM and PPL clusters; and to a progressive decrease in climbing or overall movement.
