Description

Genomic sequence (isolated from the Oregon-R strain) encoding wild-type Arp53D has been inserted into the attP site in TI{TI}Arp53DKO. This genomic fragment includes the longer wild-type Arp53D variant (containing the polymorphic 5-codon segment), approximately 400bp of upstream sequence and the endogenous Arp53D promoter. In addition, the inserted sequence includes the Avic\GFPsfGFP.3xP3 marker (upstream of the wild-type Arp53D sequence).
