      twyNPΔ120/twyNPΔ120, twyNPΔ120/Df(3L)BSC727 adults are uncoordinated and fail to show climbing ability. Larvae show decreased crawling speed, only covering short distances, frequently pausing and curling into a ball or adopting a 'C'-shape rather than changing direction; these larvae show decreased touch response.
