Description

Most of the Imp locus has ben deleted and replaced by a cassette containing a Disc\RFP3xP3.cUa marker flanked by inverted attP sites (this cassette can act as a target for recombination-mediate cassette exchange). The progenitor P{PTT-un}G00080 insertion is still present on the chromosome.
