The RMCE cassette present in the TI{TI}G00080.RMCE insertion has been replaced by mutated Imp sequence, resulting in an Imp locus in which the four CaMKII RXXS/T consensus sites have been mutated to RXXA. The P{PTT-un}G00080 insertion is still present on the chromosome.
