Deletion that removes the terminal 323 amino acid residues (52%) of the Ir92a coding sequence, including all transmembrane domains. A sequence cassette containing a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker flanked by loxP sites, plus a single attP site, has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence
