UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a wild-type Hsap\TNPO3 cDNA. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA.
Expression of Hsap\TNPO3UAS.Tag:HA under the control of Scer\GAL4Mhc.PW leads to a decrease in climbing activity and to a progressive decrease in indirect flight muscle area. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Toll-6-D42 leads to a decrease in climbing activity, ta a decrease in flight ability and to thinner abdominal segment muscle fibers in 15-days old fibers.
