Description

Three copies of Tag:HA are inserted after the codon for T140 in a genomic fragment of osk. This places the epitope tag just after the start of the short isoform of osk (which would begin at M139).

Expresses an osk transgene from a genomic fragment that includes the 5' extended UTR. The start codon for translation of isoform long-osk, M1, is wild-type in this construct. The transgene includes a 3xHA epitope tag, inserted after amino acid residue T140. The short-osk start codon is M139.
