Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}AsatorMI03458 insertion has been replaced with a 'Double Header' (DH) trapping cassette (contains two independent trapping modules oriented in opposite directions). The insertion is in a coding intron of Asator (in the gene-trap orientation relative to the gene) and is predicted to trap 8 of the 9 annotated transcripts of the gene with a T2A-GAL4 cassette (the other transcript is in a different reading frame).
