Description

Nup358 regulatory sequences drive expression of the coding sequence Nup358, in which a 69bp sequence that is only present in the B isoform has been deleted from its normal position and has been added to the C-terminal end of the remaining open reading frame. This results in the transgene expressing the A isoform of Nup358 with the 23 amino acids encoded by the 69bp fused to the C-terminus.
