Description

UASt regulates expression of a partial cDNA encoding Met1-Ser507 of Cubn tagged at the C-terminus with 6x Tag:MYC. This 'mini protein' contains intact N-terminal domains and the eight EGF repeats - a similar region in mammalian cubilin was described to be sufficient for its assembly with 'AMN' and for trafficking to the plasma membrane.
