Description

Genomic sequence that encompasses the prg promoter and transcription unit, with a Tag:HA tag inserted at the C-terminal end of the coding sequence, has been re-integrated into the attP site present in TI{TI}prgattPR+. A loxP cassette containing an mCherry-based marker and a y mini-gene has also been inserted, and is present downstream of the prg locus. In addition, downstream of this inserted cassette the Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker and one of the loxP sites originally from the TI{TI}prgattPR+ insertion are still present.
