Description

Re-integration of full-length wild type Dronc cDNA (LP09975) into the attP site present in DroncKO. The Dronc sequence contains the flanking 5' and 3' UTRs and is appended with SunTag(Unk) and Tag:HA tags C-terminal end of the Dronc open reading frame, before the stop codon.
