DroncKO.-FRT.SunTag(Unk),Tag:HA,mCherry/DroncKO transheterozygous clones specifically generated in adult intestinal stem cells/enteroblasts (esg-positive), leads to sings of hyperplasia in the posterior midgut, with increased number and size of esg-positive progenitors (ISCs and EBs), and increased number of enterocytes.

DroncKO.-FRT.SunTag(Unk),Tag:HA,mCherry/DroncKO transheterozygous clones specifically generated in adult enteroblasts (Su(H)-positive), leads to enlarged enteroblasts.
