Description

Re-integration of full-length wild type Dronc cDNA (LP09975) into the attP site present in DroncKO. The Dronc sequence contains is appended by GFP and APEX2 tags at the C-terminal end of the Dronc open reading frame, and is surround by FRT sites. This excisable cassette is followed by full-length, enzymatically inactive and proteolytically uncleavable Dronc (with C318A and E352A mutations) with C-terminal SunTag(Unk), Tag:HA and mCherry tags - this sequence is not expressed because of the upstream FRT cassette.
