Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}fzMI06816 insertion has been replaced by sequence that includes 2.2kb upstream and the last exon of fz with a EGFP-FlAsH-StrepII-TEV-3xFlag multi-tag cassette fused to the end of the coding sequence and with 1.4kb of sequence from downstream of the fz stop codon present. This results in a functional fz protein that is tagged with the multi-tag cassette.
