A 7xTag:MYC tag has been inserted into the endogenous Eph locus, at the 3' end of the coding sequence. A sequence cassette containing 1. a single attP site and 2. a loxP cassette containing the Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker has also been inserted, downstream of the Tag:MYC tag.
