Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of Utx in which His883 is changed to Ala (CAC -> GCC) and Glu885 is changed to Ala (GAG -> GCG) within the JmjC domain. The encoded protein therefore lacks two residues critical for its catalytic function. The coding sequence is tagged with both Tag:HA and Tag:FLAG.
