P{UAS-Utx.HA-FLAG}2 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-Utx.HA-FLAG}3 is a third chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-Utx.JmjC.HA-FLAG} is identical to P{UAS-Utx.HA-FLAG} except for the introduction of mutations leading to His883 changing to Ala (CAC -> GCC) and Glu885 changing to Ala (GAG -> GCG) within the JmjC domain needed for catalytic function. These are the same sequence alterations present in PBac{UAS-Utx.JmjC} (http://flybase.org/reports/FBtp0069836).
