Description

A 3xTag:FLAG epitope has been introduced into the endogenous His4r locus, at the N-terminal end of the open reading frame. A loxP cassette containing the Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker has also been inserted, downstream of the His4r transcription unit.
