Description

A minimal 500bp fragment from the distal sna shadow enhancer and a minimal sna promoter are fused upstream of a y transcriptional reporter. Three copies of a canonical zld protein-binding site (CAGGTAG) have been inserted into the sna enhancer sequence, at the 5' end of the enhancer. 24 copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop have been inserted immediately upstream of the y coding sequence.
