Description

The RMCE cassette in TI{TI}DIP-α^PRP has been replaced with a mutated DIP-α exon 2-4 genomic fragment, reconstituting a DIP-α locus that carries G74S and K81Q amino acid substitutions (this results in a DIP-α protein with decreased binding affinity to the dpr10 protein compared to wild-type).
