Description

Re-integration of full-length wild type Dronc into the attP site present in TI{TI}DroncKO. The Dronc sequence is tagged with SunTag(Unk) and Tag:HA at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame, and is surrounded by FRT sites. This excisable cassette is followed by a QF driver sequence - this sequence is not expressed because of the upstream FRT cassette.
