    Description

    Re-integration of full-length wild type Dronc into the attP site present in TI{TI}DroncKO. The wild-type Dronc sequence is tagged with GFP and APEX2 at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame, and is surrounded by FRT sites. This excisable cassette is followed by a mutated form of Dronc in which the CARD domain has been deleted and which also carries a C318A amino acid substitution in the catalytic residue. This mutated Dronc sequence is tagged with C-terminal SunTag(Unk), Tag:HA and mCherry tags - this sequence is not expressed because of the upstream FRT cassette.
