Description

The mCherry and Tag:iLEXYi tags have been introduced into the endogenous twi locus, at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame. A Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker (flanked by Tni\piggyBac ends) has also been inserted during the mutagenesis event, downstream of the twi transcription unit.
