Description

Mutated sog cDNA sequence has been re-integrated into the attP site in TI{TI}sogattP, reconstituting a locus that encodes the sog coding sequence carrying amino acid substitutions C27S and C28S (with 5'UTR and 3' UTR sequences present), tagged at the C-terminal end with mNeonGreen. A loxP cassette containing a w+* marker and additional sequence is also present downstream of the inserted sog cDNA sequence, followed by the remainder of the endogenous sog sequences present in TI{TI}sogattP.
