Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}AsatorMI03458 insertion has been replaced with a 'Double Header' (DH) trapping cassette (contains two independent trapping modules oriented in opposite directions). The insertion is in a coding intron of Asator (in the gene-trap orientation relative to the gene) and is predicted to trap the gene with a T2A-GAL4 cassette. Predicted to trap 1/9 annotated transcripts; the insertion in 8 transcripts is in an intron with a different reading frame (phase 2).
