Description

Perturbation of a site in lncRNA:marge that is complementary to the seed common to the six members of the miR-310 family - pairing to nt 1-17 is removed. This mutation abolishes pairing to the seed, thereby preventing lncRNA:marge-directed degradation of miR-310 family members.
