Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an N-terminally deleted form of dsh that lacks the N-terminal 248 amino acids. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:Myr(Src64B) myristoylation signal and at the C-terminal end with 3xTag:HA.
