Description

The ato coding sequence has been replaced with a w+* marker flanked by inverted attP sites. The attP sites are located approximately 1.5kb upstream and 0.5kb downstream of the normal location of the coding sequence, thus some ato 5'and 3' regulatory sequence is missing.
