The loxP cassette present in TI{TI}Dscam1N.GX01w+ has been excised, resulting in a chromosome in which a 5.7kb genomic fragment that covers the alternative exon 4 region of Dscam1 has been deleted and replaced by sequence encoding an attP site and a loxP site.
