Description

The loxP cassette present in TI{TI}RimΔC2A.DsRed+ has been excised, removing the Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker and leaving a chromosome in which a 2.5kb fragment of the endogenous Rim locus has been deleted (removes the C[[2]]A domain) and replaced with an attP site and a single loxP site.
