UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a fusion protein comprised of beat-Ia amino acids 1-323, the Tag:M(hCD8A) transmembrane domain and the beat-Ia Cys-rich domain (amino acids 344-427). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP.
