Description

The tandem duplication of TrpA1 present in TI{TI}TrpA1ins has been reduced to a single copy of TrpA1 that is identical to wild type except for a 2bp insertion that is predicted to truncate the protein near its N-terminus, within the third ankyrin repeat and before the transmembrane regions.
