Cytology
Description

The nanos promoter drives expression of a Tre1 cDNA in which the NRY domain has been mutated to NAY and the NPIIY domain has been mutated to AAIIY. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with both Tag:FLAG and Tag:MYC. nanos 3'UTR sequences are also present, to restrict translation to the germ plasm.
