Description

The RMCE cassette of the TI{CRIMIC.TG4.0}Arl4CR02574-TG4.0 insertion has been replaced with a 'Double Header' (DH) trapping cassette (contains two independent trapping modules oriented in opposite directions). The insertion is in a coding intron of two annotated transcripts of Arl4 (in the protein-trap orientation relative to the gene) and is predicted to trap these transcripts with a EGFP-FlAsH-StrepII-TEV-3xFlag multi-tag cassette, and is in an intron in the 3' UTR of one transcript.
