Description

The BaraA2 and CG18278 coding regions have been deleted and the mCherry coding sequence has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence; insertion of mCherry is downstream of the BaraA2 start codon, allowing expression of mCherry under the control of endogenous BaraA2 regulatory sequences.
