Description

UASp regulatory sequences (from pWalium22) drive expression of mei-P26 that carries a point mutation (P224A) in the RING domain, rendering the protein E3 ubiquitin ligase dead. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA.
