Description

The endogenous VAChT locus has been modified so that an ECFP tag has been inserted at the N-terminal end of the VAChT coding sequence. In addition, an FRT stop cassette containing a Disc\RFP3xP3.cUa marker has been inserted upstream of the ECFP tag; this is expected to prevent transcription of the coding sequence in the absence of FLP recombinase.
