Description

The RMCE cassette in TI{TI}VGAT3P3-RFP has been replaced by genomic sequence that encodes VGAT, modified so that the GAL4(DBD)::Zip- hemidriver followed by a T2A sequence is inserted at the N-terminal end of the VGAT coding sequence. The presence of the T2A sequence should allow separate translation of the GAL4(DBD)::Zip- and VGAT proteins.
