Description

The endogenous VGlut locus has been modified so that an EGFP tag has been inserted at the N-terminal end of the VGlut coding sequence. In addition, an FRT stop cassette containing a Disc\RFP3xP3.cUa marker has been inserted upstream of the EGFP tag; this is expected to prevent transcription of the coding sequence in the absence of FLP recombinase.
