Description

UASt regulates expression of Vang carrying two amino acid substitutions within the FKxY motif. The protein is tagged with 3xTag:FLAG. (FlyBase curator comment: the mutations in the Vang gene are given as Y373D and Y374D in FBrf0257118, however analysis of the release 6.53 annotated gene model indicates the changes to be Y370D and Y371D).
